For domestic use intended for end consumers, all RESOL brand products (Barcelona Dd, Vilagrasa, Resol Contract, Resol Garden, Resol Basic, Resol Injected Ratan and Catering) are warranted for a period of 2 years under normal use and maintenance against any manufacturing defect that affects their functionality. The buyer should always prove the ownership of the product purchased by invoice or receipt. From 6 months after delivery, even within 2 years, the user/buyer should prove that the defect/noncompliance already existed prior to delivery. For catering tables, all RESOL brand products are guaranteed for a period of twelve years from the time of delivery, under normal use and service conditions, against any manufacturing defect that affects its functionality. This warranty does not cover defects or damages due to the passage of time and normal wear and tear from the use. As an example, this warranty does not cover discoloration, and/or tinging of colours, textures changes in materials, scratches and grazers due to the use and proper destination of such products, etc.
For a non-domestic use (sales made to individuals or legal entities for their business or professional activity), as an example, as the hospitality industry, communities, pre-registration, etc., We distinguish the products of the collection to which they relate, differentiating the legal guarantee from the commercial guarantee (additional) Resol offers.
The legal warranty protects against defects or apparent defects within 4 days after the date of delivery of the product (the apparent damage must be recorded at the time of delivery, in the delivery note). For internal or hidden defects professional consumer has 30 days according to the Commercial Code, or 6 months according to the Civil Code from the date of delivery.
Facilities Catalog Commercial warranty (non-domestic use)
· For Barcelona Dd and VILAGRASA products, Resol grants a warranty for a period of two years from the time of delivery.
· For Resol Contract products, Resol grants a warranty for a period of one year from the time of delivery (see specific warranty blown tables 2013*).
For Marina and Sky sunloungers Resol offers a commercial warranty for the frame of up to three years, from the moment the product is supplied to our client, as long as the product has been used according to the use and maintenance instructions recommended by Resol. With regards to the fabric of Marina and Sky, the warranty will be of 2 years from the date it’s supplied to our client, also provided the use and maintenance recommendations of Resol have been observed.
Should the fabrics fade, discolor or tear, Resol will supply a replacement. The labor cost of changing the fabric is not included.
Once the parts and/or fabric have been supplied, the commercial warranty will not be extended, thus the maximum validity of such warranty for Marina and Sky sunbeds will be the one granted initially, that is 3 years for the frame and 2 years for the fabric from the date of the original purchase.
· For Resol Basic products, Resol grants a warranty for a period of two years from the time of delivery.
· For Injected rattan products, Resol grants a warranty for a period of two years from the time of delivery.
These guarantees are granted under normal use and service conditions against any manufacturing defect that affects the functionality of the products. This warranty does not cover defects and flaws resulting from the passage of time or wear and tear caused by the use. As an example, this warranty does not cover discoloration, and/or tinging of the colours, changing textures of materials, cracks, scratches, chipping and peeling paint, and grazers due to the use and proper destination of such products, etc.
In case of non-compliance according to what has been said, to proceed with the complaint, contact immediately our representative or if this is not possible, our Service Resol Customer. If after the review of the product it is found to treat a defect in the manufacturing process of our product, only Resol may determine the option to repair, replace or reduce the price of the product, in response to the disproportionate and/or inability to proceed with the implementation of either option.
DO NOT FORGET to keep the batch label attached to the furniture to the validity of the guarantee and bill of sale/receipt of product sales. Note that it is imperative to attach explanatory photographs of the claimed defect, showing the full product, and different damage/non-compliances seeking to rely on each non-compliant product. Photos must be taken from various angles so we can investigate the incidence and a brief explanation of why and how the event occurred (preferably by email). For injection moulding products add photographs of the timestamps of the pieces.
* CATERING TABLES SPECIAL WARRANTY: Since the 7th of January 2013, the table models Rossini, Verdi, KRAUSS, Beethoven, Mozart, YAGO, Albeniz, STRAUSS, SMART 122, Mahler, Chopin, Chopin EXTEN, 180 SMART, BANCO SMART, VIVALDI, Bagner, BACH, Aida, HAMLET 74 and 110 HAMLET, have a special commercial warranty of TWELVE YEARS (not valid for existing references on stock), after the delivery of the product and always under conditions of normal and proper use and maintenance, against defects in workmanship and/or materials and/or components, always affecting and prevent functionality, use and destination of the product delivered.
This warranty does not cover defects in workmanship and/or materials, or imperfections due to the passage of time, and normal wear resulting from own use, or defects caused by neglect and/or malicious use.
As an example, this warranty does not cover discoloration, and/or running of colors, textures, changes in materials, scratches and grazers and destination due to the use of these products correctly, etc… Neither cover damages resulting from continued exposure to severe weather conditions and/or extreme (humidity, temperature, salinity, etc…), Contact with various chemicals (acids, solvents, etc…), Oxidation, natural disasters, acts of vandalism, or other circumstance or contingency beyond RESOL.
The aforementioned TWELVE YEARS commercial warranty only responds on faults or defects on catering tables supplied by RESOL, being included in the same legal warranty that may apply to the product. In any case such commercial warranty respond on the damages alleged by the client and/or third parties.
In the communication of a vice and/or defect, and if the same is accepted by RESOL, at its option, it will repair or replace the product at no cost to the buyer. RESOL decide on the need to return the defective product and/or damaged. All transportation costs associated with the repair, replacement and/or return of the product will be borne by the purchaser.
In connection with such commercial warranty of TWELVE YEARS specific catering tables only apply to the direct purchaser, without it is transferable, and always from the date of initial purchase and delivery of the product by supporting evidence and reference label product and the corresponding delivery note.
In the event that the product and/or its components, the subject of this commercial guarantee, were discontinued and out of stock for servicing, RESOL reserves the right to make the application and/or modified, and adapted to the case specifically, the aforementioned TWELVE YEARS commercial warranty.
– Transport costs for repair or replacement shall be borne by the buyer. Resol covers the costs of returning the repaired or replaced product to the customer.
– Defects resulting from intentional damage, negligence or misuse will void the warranty.
– It expressly disclaims any liability for incidental damages. The assurance provided by this document is limited to the value of the product.
– To the extent permitted by applicable law, this document excludes any implied warranty.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Notice the warnings and follow at all times the instructions of use of the product. If in doubt, check our website www.resol.es, or contact our Customer Service.
To clean the plastic chairs and tables, use water and colourless and non-abrasive liquid detergents. Leave the soapy solution for a few minutes and then, if necessary, scrub the surface with a flexible bristle brush. Subsequently rinse with water. Avoid prolonged contact with coloured or fatty substances, because they can be absorbed by the polymer and leave stains. Thus, avoid prolonged contact with detergents or acidic or basic solvents. Abrasive cleaners that may affect the product must not be used, such as abrasives, glass cleaner, mops, etc. Do not use high pressure water cleaners because they can affect the polymer.
In case of metal products with scratches or small spots of rust due to a lack of care in the maintenance, they can be slightly repaired by polishing the affected areas. Then, apply antioxidant priming, and finally, bright enamel paint.
Do not expose the products continuously and for a long period of time outdoors. These products are suitable for an intense but not permanent outdoor use. To maximize the useful life of the product store it in a place protected from sunlight, humidity, saline environments, dirt and high temperatures when not in use. It is recommended not to block or cover the products.
The use of products such as synthetic fibres, wood, aluminium, stainless steels, etc., is expressly not recommended by the manufacturer for use and/or exposure in areas with a significant level of salinity in the environment.
The maintenance required by the synthetic fibre and textilene is of at least two annual cleanings to remove dust and environmental waste that can remain in the mesh or braiding, as deposited dust and pollution may be perishable. Thus, avoid prolonged contact with coloured or fatty substances (such as sun creams), since they can be absorbed by the material and leave permanent stains. To clean them it is recommended to use water with liquid, colourless and non-abrasive detergents. Leave the mixture of water with detergent acting a few minutes, and then, if necessary, scrub the surface with very flexible bristle brushes. Then rinse thoroughly. If you use water pressure systems for cleaning, be aware not to damage the surface. It is advised to clean and dry synthetic fibre properly before storing it for the winter, and do the same process at the beginning of the season, when will be used regularly.
